Directions
Cut all the ingredients (peppers, garlic, onions, carrots) in little pieces and put it in a pot with a little bit of oil, then put the chicken, cut the corn in 2 or 3 pieces, same with the squash, add hot water and leave it for 20 minutes to boil
After 20 -25 minutes add the potatoes and boil for another 20 minutes, always checking the water cover all the vegetables
In the end add half mug of rice leave it for another 7 minutes and it’s ready to eat, you can add cilantro in the end to give it more flavour but it’s optional.
Serving
In a soup plate put one piece of chicken, one potato, one piece of corn and some rice and stock with slice of bread.
