Ingredients
1 kg minced pork
2 packs of dumpling wrappers
half of green cabbage
Fresh coriander
Spring onion
1 carrot
1 red onion
Canola oil/ olive oil
75 gram chopped ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Chili dipping sauce
Sesame oil
soy sauce
Finely chopped ginger
5pcs finely chopped red thai chili
Spring onion chopped
Directions
Marinate is for 45 mins to 1 hour for better taste. But if in rush we can cook straight away too.
The filling (mince pork, green cabbage, carrot, red onion, coriander, spring onion) Add salt and pepper to the meat, and mix stirring only in one direction and mix well.
Put about 1 spoonful of the mixture on each dumpling wrapper positioning it so when the wrapper is folder over it is flat on one side. Wet the edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling into a half moon shape and pinch the edges to seal. steam it for 15-20 mins
