Ingredients
Flour, 100g
Water, 1 cup
Egg, 1 Large egg
Dashi powder, 9g
Cabbage, 100g
Thinly sliced meat or seafood of your choice*, 100-200g
Oil for baking , As needed
*Recommend: shrimp, squid, cheese, mochi, kimchi, etc.
Toppings; (Add as many toppings as you like!)
okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, green laver
Method
Put in all the ingredients into a bowl and mix
Chop the cabbage and Cut the seafood and mochi into bite-sized pieces.
Add ② and to bowl ① and mix (Do not put sliced meat in the bowl!)
On a hot griddle, pour about half a bowl and If you have sliced meat, place it on top of the dough
Cook until browned and then flip okonomiyaki. Do not press down on okonomiyaki
Cook about 3-5minutes and then remove from griddle.
Serve with toppings!
