Method
Boiled chow men but not too long better 1 or 2 min earlier.
Strain the water very well then mix with some vegetable oil so noodle doesn't stick together.
Fry vegetable and beacon with salt and pepper little bit and after vegetable is ready, put the Yakisoba sauce and mixed fried again a little bit.
Taste and find out if you need more Yakisoba sauce.
Put the vegetable in bowl or on the plate.
Use same frypan and fry noodle after few min when it get hot put the Yakisoba sauce and taste it . If you need more you can add as much as you want.
Put the vegetable on the frypan and fry and mix with noodle then it is ready to serve.
This is my recipe some people fried vegetables and noodle together and pour Yakisoba sauce.
But I found this way the noodle make soggy and watery and taste not as good as my recipe.
