Pork Giniling with Quail Eggs

Ingredients
12 cloves of garlic
1 small onion or 1/2 big onion
500 g ground porks
1/2 cup raisins
mix vegetables (frozen or fresh, any kind of your favourite vegetables)
20 quail eggs
2 tbsp cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
340 ml tomato sauce
1 beef cube
sugar (if the tomato sauce is sour)
Cutting ingredients
Crush 12 cloves of garlic until finely minced. Cut the onion into cubes.
Cooking
2. In a pan over medium high heat, add oil. Stir fry garlic and onions until soft and translucent.
3. Add the ground pork. Stir fry until no longer pink.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the soy sauce, water, and tomato sauce. Mix until meat is coated with the seasonings. Cover with lid and let it boil. Braise for 10 minutes.
Boil the quail eggs
5. Bring a pan of cold water up to a boil. Carefully drop the quail eggs in. Cook the eggs for 7 minutes, remove and cool down in ice cold water.
After 10 minutes of braised pork
6. Put in raisin, mix vegetable, beef stock cube and set heat to medium. Continue braising for another 5 minutes. Cover with lid.
7. Remove the cover and check if the vegetables are cooked. If vegetables are not ready, continue cooking UNCOVERED.
Serve over warm rice. Enjoy the meal!
