Thailand: Sticky Rice with Mango

1 large deep saucepan
1 small saucepan
1 Vegetable steamer basket or cloth
Rinse rice few time until the water doesn't seems cloudy anymore. And then rice need to be soak in the water for unless 3-4 hours before cooking)
A large deep saucepan of simmering water (steamer basket should not touch water) and bring to boil. Drain rice well in a steamer basket and set it over the large deep saucepan, and steam rice, covered with a lid, cook for 10-15minutes.
While rice is cooking, in a small saucepan, warm (do not boil) 4 big spoon of coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Stirring to dissolve. Taste-test sauce for sweetness, adding more sugar if desired.
Prepare the mangos by cutting them open and slicing each into bite-sized pieces.
Transfer cooked rice to a bowl, add the coconut milk sauce and stir well.
When ready to serve, put warm rice onto plates and sliced or pieces mongo alongside. Drizzle coconut milk (from the can). Serve right away.
